Selling on Refit is designed to be fast. Like, under-two-minutes fast. Here is how it works.
Step 1: Take a few photos. Good lighting, clean background. Show the front, back, and any details (tags, flaws, fabric close-ups). The listing photos are the single biggest factor in whether something sells.
Step 2: Hit List an Item and upload your photos. Our AI will automatically detect the brand, category, size, condition, and suggest a price based on similar items. You can edit anything it gets wrong, but most of the time it nails it.
Step 3: Choose your listing type — sell, rent, swap, or any combination. Set your delivery options (meet-up, standard shipping, or both). Hit publish.
That is it. Your item is now live and visible to the entire community.
Pricing tip: check what similar items are going for on the marketplace. Pricing competitively (especially under 30 dollars) tends to move items fastest. You can also create coupon codes for repeat buyers or run limited-time discounts.
When someone buys your item, the payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt. Then the funds go to your Refit Pay wallet, where you can cash out anytime.
