Buying on Refit
How do I buy on Refit?
Browse listings, tap an item you like, and hit 'Buy Now'. Pay securely via Stripe (card or PayNow). The seller ships within 3 days.
Is it safe to buy on Refit?
Yes. All payments go through Stripe's escrow — the seller only gets paid after you receive the item.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayNow via Stripe. You can also pay using your Refit Pay wallet balance.
Selling on Refit
How do I list an item?
Snap a photo of your item, and our AI auto-fills the details. Review, set your price, and publish in under a minute. Listing is free.
How do I get paid?
Earnings go to your Refit Pay wallet after a successful sale. You can cash out to your bank account or PayNow anytime.
What can I sell on Refit?
Pre-owned clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories in good condition. No counterfeit goods.
Renting & Swapping
How does renting work?
Some items are available to rent by the week. Select 'Rent', choose your period, and pay. Return the item by the due date.
How do swaps work?
Find an item you want, tap 'Swap', and offer one of your listings in exchange. No money changes hands.
Fees
What are the fees?
Buyers pay a 5% platform fee. Sellers pay a 5% escrow fee released on completion (0% for Pro Sellers). Listing is free. Shipping is a flat $2.50.
